What We Do
Art of Roots (formerly known as One & Yoni Studio) offers the ancient healing of vaginal steaming, guided and administered by a certified peristeam hydrotherpist.
We offer consultations and service packages that suit your schedule and your budget.
We also offer at home kits you can purchase online or in store.
We are now offering Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Therapy. Traditional inner healing detox that stimulates circulation with specific rhythmic movements that promote lymph fluids to flow around the body. Along with the many benefits, after treatment the body is tightened and contoured.
We carries the full line of proprietary products by Art of Roots and other wellness services and products by other providers.

Founder & Certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist
Lauren Nicole is the founder of Art of Roots the first vaginal steaming studio and education centre in Edmonton.
Lauren has a history of accumulated experience in promoting women’s health and wellness, and has herself been a long-time proponent of the ancient therapy of vaginal steaming. She decided it was time to offer this gentle, nature-based practice rooted in history to the women of Edmonton and area.
Art of Roots is the line of herbal blends, gentle accompanying items and other natural healing products Lauren has created to use in the Art of Roots Studio - and now these organic, gentle creations are also available to purchase for home use.
